Prama Investments B.V. is the holding company for all of mister Dennis van der Spoel's enterprises and investments. He and his wife Elmira are our ultimate beneficial owners (UBO's).

The proceeds of Dennis' enterprises are reinvested by Prama Investments in entrepreneurs aiming to solve complex social and environmental challenges.

Our Purpose

Besides providing passive income and a retirement plan for mr. Van der Spoel's family, we strive to restore biodiversity by liberating the true spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation to solve complex social and environmental challenges. 

Through Ukukhula, our incubator program, we invest in startups with the following characteristics:

1. We get on board during seeding or immediate after that. Series A or B are not our forte;
2. We work with founder teams that would like to be coached by us through incubation and acceleration;
3. We work with founder teams that are permeated with the Conscious Capitalism philosophy;
4. We invest solely in companies that develop new technologies to viably commercialize: 
   - meat, fish, and dairy products or alternatives that don't require to keep or kill live animals, 
   - health, longevity & vitality for humans and all living things globally, 
   - energy that is truly sustainable and leaves (almost) no environmental footprint anywhere, 
   - sustainable packaging and environmental-friendly alternatives to plastics and PFAS,
   - transport of materials, goods, and people that leaves (almost) no environmental footprint anywhere, 
   - the automated and autonomous conversion of unseparated garbage into valuable raw materials,  
   - soil, water & air cleanup and purification. 
5. We investment in technologies that bring the singularity forward (like genetics, nanotechnology, robotics, and artificial intelligence).
6. We demand that, throughout the supply chain, no humans, ecosystems, or animals suffer because of our investment.
